Man died after 'self-harm' incident at nature reserve

TWO walkers witnessed a tragic incident at a nature reserve, an inquest heard. They came across a man “in an apparent act of self-harm”.

He later died following that incident at Penrhos nature reserve, near Holyhead, Anglesey, last month.

Kate Robertson, senior coroner for northwest Wales, opened an inquest into the death of the man, David Wright, who was 61.
