CARDIFF City are monitoring highly-rated Rangers midfielder Bailey Rice ahead of a potential pre-contract move, according to reports.

Bailey Rice
The 19-year-old Scotland U21 international is expected to leave Ibrox at the end of the season, with Rangers so far unable to agree terms on a new deal.
As things stand, he will be a free agent in the summer and clubs outside Scotland can formally approach him from January.
