Biker died in crash while riding without a licence

A YOUNG man fatally crashed his motorbike while riding without a licence.
-
James Napier Henry Wilson, 20, died on June 22 last year at the scene of the collision on the A44 in Powys.
Pontypridd Coroner's Court heard the labourer had recently bought a motorbike and did not hold a licence.
