Advice firm under new ownership

CORPORATE advisory group GS Verde is under new ownership.
The Cardiff-based firm, which also has offices in Bristol, Cheltenham and Dublin, has been acquired by professional services firm AAB.
The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
GS Verde provides legal to corporate advisory expertise, acting on deals including management buyouts and mergers and acquisitions.
The management team of GS Verde, which employs more than 50, are remaining following the deal, which takes AAB's revenues to £135m.
