Maybe you checked the timetable at your nearest bus stop or looked at your local service's schedule online. It’s likely you were able to find the bus stop easily and had no issues identifying the right bus as it pulled in.

Once on board, you will have quickly found a seat and your journey will have carried on, unaffected by the behaviour and attitudes of your fellow passengers, other than maybe having to put up with someone playing music at full volume from their phone.

Crucially, it's unlikely you missed your stop due to a lack of audio announcements or assistance from the driver, so you weren't faced with the prospect of arriving at your destination late having walked from the next stop or waited for another bus travelling in the opposite direction.
