Bristol City head coach Gerhard Struber
(Richard Sellers/PA)
City will have some days off over the international break after a congested run of fixtures, boss Gerhard Struber has confirmed, but the Robins head coach is eager to use the extra time available to make improvements ahead of the run-in.City entered the final interval of the campaign in disappointing fashion as they were beaten 1-0 by West Brom at Ashton Gate on Saturday. George Campbell's first-half header proved enough for Albion to claim all three points and stretch City’s winless run to six.
Such a spell has seen Struber’s side drop to 16th in the Sky Bet Championship with just seven games left to play. The Robins' gap to the playoff places now stands at 12 points, as does their margin to Leicester City and the drop zone.
