SOUTH West & Wales Baseball League action continued for Taunton Baseball Club on Sunday, with the Pistols travelling to Newton Abbot Brewers while the Muskets were due to host the New Forest Thunder.

In the end, Thunder forfeited the tie to give Muskets both wins in the double-header, while the Pistols were swept 14-13 and 19-4,
After almost a month since their last game, when the Pistols hosted the Brewers on June 1, the visitors got off to a flying start with four runs in the first inning whilst limiting Brewers to three.
