Young musicians unite to raise funds for community

A GROUP of young people are organising a fundraising event to raise funds for community organisations in Elsies River.

Luke Matthews, a 15-year-old learner from Goodwood College said they are organising a High School Rock Off at Fairbairn College, in Goodwood

Matthews said the event is an extension of his passion for music.

“I've always been passionate about music and its power to bring people together. I believed that our school and community would benefit from a platform to showcase young talent.
