Liberty Midlands Mall launches ARTopia School Arts Project

LIBERTY Midlands Mall announced the launch of the ARTopia School Arts Project, a creative and eco-themed initiative aimed at encouraging primary school learners in Pietermaritzburg to explore environmental issues through visual art.

The 2025 edition, themed "Sustainable Strokes," features learners from Grades 1-7 who will express their thoughts on sustainability, climate change, conservation and renewable energy through art.

This exciting project is designed to raise environmental awareness, foster creativity in young minds and to reward creative expression. Three schools will each win a R 10 000 cash prize, with a total of R 30 000 in cash to be won, with additional prizes to be won.

The ARTopia School Arts Project offers primary school learners an opportunity to showcase their talent and explore the importance of sustainable living.
