Excitement is building for the new series of Celebrity Big Brother tomorrow - and hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best are spilling the beans.

They have valuable advice for the next crop of famous faces about to walk through those iconic doors, and tell us why would-be contestants should maybe unfriend them.

AJ also vows to get those Ofcom emails stacking up with her sexy catsuits, declaring defiantly: "We don't want complaints but I'm, like, 'Who cares?'

"Getting all dressed up and expressing yourself through fashion is my coat of armour.

"It gets me confident and ready for the show. It's about how I feel and want to present myself, not about Ofcom."
