EVERYTHING Dominic Calvert-Lewin touches turns to goals. What a night it was for the Leeds striker and the question surely has to be posed: Are you watching Thomas Tuchel?

On the day Calvert-Lewin had said, "Of course, it's the ultimate goal for any player to represent your country at a World Cup and it's a World Cup year", he struck another double to spark delight at Elland Road.

If form is going to play any part in who Tuchel selects for his final squad for USA 2026, then Calvert-Lewin is starting to look some fit.

He struck last night in the 38th minute before adding a second four minutes into firsthalf stoppage time and the smile on his face told the story.
