Rahul Gandhi claims electoral fraud cost Congress victory, vows to expose rigging.
Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi on Saturday once again trained his gunsat the Election Commission of India, saying the elections were rigged in India and that Narendra Modi is the Prime Minister with a very slim majority.
While speaking at the Annual Legal Conclave-2025 organised by the party’s Law, Human Rights and RTI department, Rahul Gandhi once again targeted the poll body and said, “I've been speaking recently about the election system. T always had a suspicion that there was something wrong. Right from 2014...
“T had a suspicion that something that doesn’t add up. In fact, Thada suspicion in the Gujarat Assembly elections already. This ability to win sweeping victories. Congress Party doesn’t get a single seat in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat—this was surprising to me... and it went on for some time. And I could never speak as there wasno proof.”
He also mentioned that whenever they spoke, people asked: where is the proof?
