North Korea unveils new hypersonic, nuclear missiles at massive parade

North Korea unveiled new hypersonic and long-range nuclear missiles during a grand military parade held in Pyongyang on Friday night to mark the 80th anniversary of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea, according to Yonhap News citing state media.

The massive parade, staged in Kim Il Sung Square, featured two of North Korea's most advanced strategic weapons — the Hwasong-11Ma hypersonic missile and the Hwasong-20 intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) — which state media hailed as the country's “most powerful nuclear weapons.”

In his address to troops, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un urged the military to continue developing its capabilities into an “invincible entity” capable of crushing all threats.
