Motorcyclist, 72, dies after accident with tipper truck on SLE

A 72-year-old motorcyclist died in an accident with a tipper truck along the SLE towards the CTE on the morning of Nov 22.
In response to queries from The Straits Times, the police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they were alerted to the accident, which took place near the Woodlands Avenue 12 exit, at around 8.55am that day.
The male motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene by an SCDF paramedic.
The tipper truck driver, 71, is assisting with investigations, the police added.
