Luxmi Group acquires 80 per cent stakes in Brew Tea Co, UK to focus on whole-leaf excellence

One is a family-owned tea company, founded in 1912, and cultivating world-class teas in Assam, Darjeeling, and Rwanda.

With nearly 10,000 subscriptions and a rapidly growing digital-first model, it offers fresh, premium tea via ethical, transparent sourcing and a highly engaged customer base. And now the first one—Luxmi Group, one of the world's leading estate tea producers, has acquired a majority stake in the latter, which is the UK-based Brew Tea Co, a fast-growing premium tea company celebrated for its focus on whole-leaf teas, ethical sourcing, and its innovative direct-to-consumer subscription model.
