15 school children hospitalised after consuming mid-day meal

As many as 15 school children had to be hospitalised in Mathurapur in South 24-Parganas district of West Bengal on Tuesday when they fell ill after consuming a midday meal at their school, officials said.
The institution where the incident took place was Khudadadpur Primary School in Mathurapur Block-I in South 24-Parganas district.
The 15 school children are currently under treatment at the Mathurapur Rural Hospital.
All of them are currently out of danger, confirmed an official from the district administration.
