On the occasion of Odisha Diwas, Vedanta Chairman Anil Agarwal extended warm wishes to the people of the state and spoke about Odisha's distinctive identity shaped by its spiritual depth, traditional arts, cuisine, and rich landscapes.

Calling Odisha the 'Aluminium Capital of the World', Mr. Agarwal noted Vedanta's strong connection with the state. "Odisha has carved out a significant place for India globally, thanks to its immense natural resources both on the surface and underground. We are proud to have invested over Rs. 1 lakh crore here. But for us, our responsibility goes beyond business—it begins with the well-being of local communities and ensuring sustainable growth," he stated.

Reflecting on Vedanta's community initiatives, he shared, "It brings me great pride that we could fulfil the dream of bringing prosperity to Kalahandi. Every home there has experienced a positive change."
