THE Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mmamoloko Kubayi, has expressed concern following the recent arrest and subsequent court appearance of Regional Court Prosecutor Dinesh Nandkisoor, attached to the Randburg Magistrates’ Court.
Nandkisoor appeared before the Johannesburg Magistrates’ Court on Monday and faces multiple charges related to allegations of sexual assault.
Arrested earlier that day, Nandkisoor is charged with sexual assault and sexual intimidation, alongside two counts of corruption and defeating the ends of justice.
