PARK Village Auctions will be hosting the simulcast auction of two properties - exclusive industrial premises and a farm - in Silvertondale, Pretoria, Gauteng.
The auction will take place live and online on November 20.
The first property is an industrial premises at 341 Stormvoel Road, Silvertondale Ext 2.
This well-maintained property would be ideally suited to logistics, light manufacturing, or distribution operations, combining functionality, security and strategic location.
