Street-dealing mum jailed for third offence

MUM-OF-FIVE Stacey Doolan has been jailed after being convicted of her third offence of dealing class A drugs.

The 41-year-old offered to supply cocaine and monkey dust in 2022.

The offences made her liable to a minimum seven year sentence as it was her third conviction relating to the supply of class A drugs, with her previously convicted of possession with intent to supply in 2005 and offering to supply a class A drug in 2020.

But now Doolan has been jailed for five years, seven months and 10 days at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court, which is seven years minus a 20 per cent discount for her guilty pleas.

The court heard police were on patrol in Longton at 4am on April 19, 2022 when they saw a silver Volkswagen Golf which stopped in Bentilee.

The court heard Matthew Harrison was the driver, Doolan was the rear passenger. Both got out and ran off but they were chased and detained.
