"What's this?,” Thomas enquired of the bright green coriander I'd added to his white rice.

His sister always adopts a surprisingly supportive stance to her brother whenever it comes to refusing healthy food and agreed it hindered her enjoyment of the plain carbohydrate.

Eventually, they badgered me into toasting more white pitta bread since they were 'starving', but unable to eat any of the rice accompanying the bland curry.
