A KILLER has who has been told he has just months left to live has avoided being sent to prison for a second time.
Mark Clowes was back in court again after he damaged three cars for an 'unknown reason' on December 18 last year.
The 54-year-old was previously handed a suspended sentence in February last year after he was convicted of gross negligence manslaughter for leaving his girlfriend in a 'scorching hot bath'.
