'Childish' motorist rammed car after road-rage bust-up

Victim’s daughter was still in the vehicle

ANGRY William Armour reversed into a car after fighting with the driver in a Lime Kiln lights road-rage bust-up.

The 39-year-old was taking his stepson to college when he tried to force his way ahead of a black Mercedes car on Leek Road, Hanley.

But he hit the Mercedes and both men got out of their cars and had a fight before Armour got back in his vehicle and reversed into the Mercedes while the victim's daughter was inside.

He rammed the car twice before then reversing at speed again into the Mercedes.

Both drivers suffered injuries and police were called at 8am on October 2, 2024.

Later that day Armour posted online: ‘I will find you pal and won't stop until you are done in!’ The next day he posted: ‘I am coming for you!’

Now Armour has been jailed for 13 months and banned from driving for 18 months and two weeks at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court.
