Applications coming forward for locations across county
FIRE chiefs should be consulted over plans for battery energy storage sites, according to the county's commissioner.
He has called for more Government support to enable them to respond to applications for battery energy storage systems (BESS) and solar farms, which have sparked safety fears for nearby residents.
