Says 93pc of grievances resolved till IIth round, excluding today’s, of the redressal programmes
THE people's government has been continuously implementing grievance redressal programs with the noble objective of ensuring that those at the bottom of society never feel helpless and that the common man feels that the government is always with him in good times and bad times, said Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
The CM said this while attending the 12th edition of the Chief Minister's Grievance Redressal Programme held today at the Grievance Redressal Room at Unit-2 here. CM Majhi listened to the problems and grievances of the people and took immediate steps to resolve them.
Today, 1000 registered complainants came to the Chief Minister's Grievance Redressal Room to present their grievances. The Chief Minister and 7 senior ministers of the ministry heard the complaints. Additional Chief Secretary and Secretary-level officers were also present to assist in the grievance redressal process.
