“Customer Orientation Programme for Young Managers” held at RSP

A two-day “Customer Orientation for Young Managers” programme, jointly organized by the Management Training Institute (MTI), Ranchi, and the Learning & Development Department (L&D) of Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), was held at the Central Power Training Institute (CPTI) of Rourkela Steel Plant on 11th and 12th July 2025.
PK Sahoo, CGM (HR-L&D), HN Pati, GM (HR-L&D), and Shabnam Shadab, GM, MTI, Ranchi, were present during both the inaugural and concluding sessions. Employees from RSP and the Central Marketing Organisation (CMO) participated in the programme.
The technical sessions over the two days were designed to provide a holistic understanding of customer orientation in the steel industry.
