“Break the glass ceiling and let others walk over the debris to realize your achievements,” exhorts RSP DIC to women executives

“BREAK the glass ceiling and don’t clean the debris — let people walk over it and realize your achievements,” urged Alok Verma, Director In-Charge (DIC) of Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), while addressing around 50 women executives during the valedictory session of a two-day leadership workshop held at the Mathan conference hall.

The workshop, themed ‘Leadership Roles Are for Women’, was conducted on July 3rd and 4th with the objective of empowering women to take on greater leadership responsibilities.

Also present at the session were Tarun Misra, ED (HR); BR Palai, ED (Works); Anil Kumar, ED (MM); MP Singh, ED (Mines); and Kavitha Ramakrishnappa, the programme faculty.
