One home, 26 doors: Turning property into a living portfolio
The Philippine Star
|October 03, 2025
For businesswoman and mother of five Jennifer Chuason, a single condominium purchase more than a decade ago sparked a journey that reshaped her family’s future.
-

The Chuason kids and their friends enjoy a casual game at the Wind Residences basketball court—a favorite spot made even better by Tagaytay's cool weather.
In 2013, encouraged by her children, she bought a unit at SMDC’s Grass Residences in Quezon City. At first, it was just a weekend retreat. “Grass made me realize that life could be simpler, even in the middle of the city,” she recalls. The convenience of having a pool and a mall nearby changed her perspective on city living.
