The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) expressed its gratitude for the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey, which indicated that the Marcos administration received a "very good" rating for its efforts in aiding disaster victims.

The survey revealed a net satisfaction rating of 65 percent for government assistance to calamity victims in December 2024, an increase of three points from the 62 percent recorded in September 2024.

OCD administrator Ariel Nepomuceno commended the administration's commitment to effective disaster response and management.

"These survey results demonstrate that Filipinos are increasingly aware of the government's initiatives to enhance disaster response, as well as to promote awareness, preparedness and management," Nepomuceno stated. "The dedication of President Marcos' administration and our frontline agencies, along with disaster risk management officials and personnel, is commendable."
