The animated movie "Loving Vincent," which revolves around the life story of Vincent van Gogh, has melded art and cinema into a visual spectacle for viewers.

Written and directed by Dorota Kobiela and Hugh Welchman, it is touted as the world's first fully painted feature film, with each frame artistically and meticulously hand-painted by more than a hundred artists who applied the same technique as the celebrated Dutch painter.

The film is a fitting tribute to Van Gogh, whose vibrant colors and skillful brushwork have created masterpieces such as The Starry Night, Sunflowers, Irises, Café Terrace at Night, and Self-Portrait with Straw Hat.

I'm fascinated by an artwork that has an interesting story behind it. I'm grateful to support a valuable cause by seasoned artists who were selling art pieces to raise funds for someone in need.

I often gaze at Mona Lisa's enigmatic smile at home, as I bought a rolled-up print of Leonardo da Vinci's renowned painting from the Louvre Museum during a trip to Paris.

Over the years, I have accumulated an extensive art collection that includes paintings from Anita Magsaysay-Ho, Norma Belleza, Pacita Abad, Jeff Dizon, Reb Belleza, Berroya, Christine Ong, Steve Acuña, Juan Flores, Marco Cabrera, Jose Ibay, Prudencio Lamarroza, Philipp Badon and former President Cory Aquino.
