L'Oréal, DTI team up for beauty, digital upskilling program

Beauty leader L'Oréal is collaborating with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and nonprofit organization SPARK! Philippines to provide beauty and digital training to 600 entrepreneurs in the country.

In a statement, L'Oréal said the partnership aims to provide training on skincare, haircare and make-up, digital content creation, TikTok Shop and affiliate platforms, as well as business literacy to help entrepreneurs succeed in the digital economy.

The collaboration will involve the nationwide expansion of the Beauty for a Better Life E-Beauty Advisor Program.

Launched in 2023, the program has upskilled 2,346 beneficiaries in Quezon City and Makati.

The program's best-performing graduates have gained access to earning opportunities and are now content creators, affiliate partners and live streamers.
