KYLIE VERZOSA ON HEALTH, LOVE LIFE AND NEW CAREER GOALS

Hindi naman,” she said when asked by The STAR if she ever gets offended by these comments. The actress and former beauty queen often answers these “body-shaming” remarks in a calm way. “I’m not bothered because I take care of myself. That’s what’s most important, and even if I take care of myself well, they still have something to say so...”

But contrary to what others may think, Kylie can confidently say she’s “very, very healthy.”

“I’m very athletic. I really take care of my health. I take care of my body. I take saunas. I make sure I take my vitamins. I’m on a strict diet. Well, I don’t think it’s a diet, it is already a lifestyle,” she further said.

“I really believe that you have to make yourself better, mentally, physically, emotionally with discipline. And the discipline that athletes have for their body, for their health, I think we are pretty aligned with that.

“You know actors, we need to be, like athletes, as physically fit as possible. I don’t think the industry now is just all about beauty, but the way you take care of yourself, too, that’s very, very important.”

Sharing the kind of diet and exercise that she follows, she said, “I go to the gym regularly. Not every day but whenever I can because I have been travelling a lot. So let’s say if I travel a lot, I make sure my diet is healthy.
