Japanese artists, Pinoy cosplayers to headline Philippine Game Show 2025

Japanese artists and Filipino cosplayers, including Japan's voice actress and singer Marika Kohno and Myrtle Sarrosa, are set to headline the Philippine Game Show 2025 (PGS 2025) happening on Nov. 14 to 16 at the SMX Convention Center Aura in Taguig City.

Filipino cosplayers Myrtle Sarrosa, Charess, Een, Prince De Guzman, Awie, Roxanne Kho and Zackt will also grace the event.

Marika is best known for her roles in several animé series, films and video games. Among them are Silence Suzuka in “Uma Musume: Pretty Derby,” Rin Obana in “Seiyuu Jinsei!,” Yumina Ernea Belfast in “In Another World with My Smartphone” and Yua Nakajima in “Hinako Note.” She will also mount an exclusive meet-and-greet session for her fans.

Other Japanese artists who will also grace the “country's biggest celebration of gaming, cosplay and music” are Kamen Joshi, Miura Ayme feat. Miko, Saya, Wanmini, Super Macaroni Salad and Reiji and local performers, Pastel Mix, AGON, Mju:z Kiss, Nanai Tatai, Project: MATERIA and Project: Sosei.

Aside from Myrtle, Filipino cosplayers, Charess, Een, Prince De Guzman, Awie, Roxanne Kho and Zackt will also join the event, which is organized by MQLive (a subsidiary of MediaQuest Holdings, the media arm of the MVP Group of Companies) and CBZN Perspective.
