D&L units get 2-year tax holiday extension

Two units of D&L Industries Inc. that are operating at its new plant in Batangas have been granted an additional two years of income tax holiday.

D&L, the country’s leading specialty food ingredients and oleochemicals producer, said that wholly owned subsidiaries D&L Premium Foods Corp. (DLPF) and Natura Aeropack Corp. (NAC) secured pioneer status from the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).

Originally set at four years and expiring on June 30, 2027, the income tax holiday now covers a total of six years, from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2029.
