Baguio City continues to enjoy lower temperatures as the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) recorded 14.4 degrees Celsius yesterday.
Aside from Baguio, PAGASA also recorded cool temperatures in Malaybalay, Bukidnon (16.9 degrees); Tanay, Rizal (19.4 degrees); Casiguran, Aurora (19.8 degrees);
