ALI Sees Growing Demand for Resort-Style Property in Phl

February 08, 2025

Property giant Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) is seeing growing demand for resort-style luxury living in the Philippines after its high-end residential development in Bataan recorded strong take-up.

- By RICHMOND MERCURIO

ALI said that demand for exclusive resort-style residences was evident in the rapid sellout of Building A of the Anvaya Searidge Residences project.

Building A was fully taken up within two days of its June 2024 launch, generating over P1.3 billion in sales, the company said.

ALI said that the swift take-up prompted Ayala Land Premier to accelerate the launch of Building B in December last year.
