Now Vande Bharat Express has come into play by promises a comfortable, fast, and affordable journey to the valley, making travel easier than ever. Over the past 11 years, the government has taken consistent and focused steps to strengthen railway infrastructure across Jammu and Kashmir. There is something magical about the Kashmir Valley that captures the imagination of every traveller. Kashmir's tourism industry has long been a vital part of its economy. With its snow-capped mountains and rich culture, it has always felt like a world apart. The region, known for its stunning landscapes, peaceful lakes and snow-capped mountains, once attracted visitors from all over the world. People of Kashmir has waited years for this train as Road travel was inconvenient because of the unpredictability and discomfort and this train is really a game-changer for the people of Kashmir.
