AHD Jammu launches 6th round of FMD vaccination

Director Animal Husbandry Department Jammu Dr. Parvinder Singh today launched the 6th round of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccination under the National Animal Diseases Control Programme.
The launch was marked by flagging off the vaccination teams here from the Directorate of Animal Husbandry Complex Talab Tillo.
The programme envisages the control of FMD disease in cattle and buffaloes by 2025 and its complete eradication by year 2030.
