RG Kar deadlock deepens as talks between docs & govt fail amid hunger stir

WITH junior doctors continuing their hunger strike demanding justice for their RG Kar college hospital victim, the state chief secretary on Monday convened meetings with various doctors' bodies to resolve the impasse.

In response, the junior doctors plan to Q organise a "Droher carnival" on the same day to highlight the medical scams during this government's tenure. They have invited the chief minister and secretary to join their carnival.
