HOURS after nearly 2,900 kg of explosives were seized in Haryana's Faridabad, a powerful blast tore through national capital on Monday evening, killing at least nine people and injuring several others outside the Red Fort, one of the city's busiest areas, in what investigators suspect could be a terror attack. Whether the two incidents are connected is under investigation, officials said.
