Lokesh Sharma, an aide of former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, was arrested on Monday by Delhi Police, but was released within a few hours on bail in a phone-tapping case four years ago.
LOKESH Sharma, an aide of former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, was arrested on Monday by Delhi Police, but was released within a few hours on bail in a phone-tapping case four years ago.
Sharma was an officer on special duty (OSD) to Gehlot. He secured anticipatory bail from the Patiala House Court on November 21, which provided for immediate bail following the arrest. The Crime Branch recorded his arrest, prepared the arrest memo, and subsequently released him in compliance with the court order.
