EPS Takes Credit for Glass Bridge; Velu Says Only G.O. Was Issued

AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami claimed credit for realising the glass bridge connecting the statues of Swami Vivekananda and Tiruvalluvar in Kanniyakumari, inaugurated by Chief Minister MK Stalin.

Palaniswami said in 2018, he requested the then union minister Nitin Gadkari to establish the bridge and the request was accepted. The project was approved under the Sagarmal
