146 ST youth get placement orders from CM

CHIEF Minister MK Stalin on Saturday handed over placement orders to 146 youth - 106 men, 40 women from Scheduled Tribes community who have completed skill-upgrade training under the Comprehensive Tribal Development Programme (CTDP).
