No relaxation in qualifying marks for para-teachers

IN a major disappointment for para-teachers in the state, the Jharkhand High Court on Friday ruled that granting relaxation in the qualifying marks for them in the ongoing appointment process for 26,000 assistant teachers is not justified.
The court of Chief Justice MS Ramachandra Rao and Justice Deepak Roshan, issued the order while hearing a petition challenging the provision of 50% reservation for para-teachers and relaxation in qualifying marks under the Assistant Teacher Appointmen
