The Madras High Court on Monday criticised the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Tamil Nadu police for the delay in investigating the alleged swindling of depositors' money by Devanathan Yadav, former chairman and managing director of the Mylapore Hindu Permanent Fund Nidhi Private Limited.
