625 Youths Get Jobs at Ranipet Employment Camp

RANIPET Collector JU Chandrakala on Friday distributed appointment orders to 21 people as part of a larger recruitment drive in which 625 candidates were selected at a mega private sector employment camp held at Ranipet Arts and Science College (RIT College), Thenkadapandhangal, Walaja Tollgate.

According to sources, the camp was jointly organised by the District Employment and Career Guidance Centre and the Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihood Mission. A total of 90 private industries and six skill training institutions participated in the event. The camp attracted 1,620 job seekers, including 982 men, 638 women and 12 persons with disabilities.
