4 major national highway projects across Odisha, Telangana, Bihar and MP get cabinet nod

THE government on Wednesday approved four major national highway projects worth over ₹24,200 crore, aimed at improving connectivity, cutting travel time and improving logistics infrastructure across Odisha, Telangana, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh.

Briefing media after the meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Information & Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said the approvals are aligned with the PM GatiShakti National Master Plan and are expected to boost economic activity, improve freight movement and enhance regional connectivity in key growth corridors.
