Bihar fast-tracks disposal of cases with 100 new courts to tackle backlog

BIHAR Deputy CM and Home Minister Samrat Choudhary on Sunday announced that the state government will establish 100 fast-track courts (FTCs) to ensure the swift disposal of pending cases.
The move is aimed at clearing the backlog of cases, reducing the burden on the judiciary and ensuring that cases of a sensitive nature get due time and attention.
