Man Dies in Accident, Several Hurt, Driver Unhurt

A ROAD accident at Thamarassery Odakunnu on Thursday night claimed one life and resulted in multiple injuries.
The deceased is Muhammed Masood, 34, a resident of Elathur, Kozhikode. Masood succumbed to his injuries at the Kozhikode Medical College Hospital at 6am on Friday.
The accident occurred when the car, Masood and his companions were travelling in, attempted to overtake a lorry, caught between an oncoming KSRTC bus and the lorry.
