Basic infra for housing complex in Govindapura soon: Minister

Apart from electricity, water connections, roads, streetlights and drainage works will be completed soon and houses will be handed over to beneficiaries, says Madhu

THE basic infrastructure required for the housing complexes built under the Ashraya Scheme in Govindapura, including electricity and water connections, roads, streetlights, and drainage, will soon be completed. Once this work is completed, the houses will be allotted to beneficiaries, with the date for allotment to be decided soon, District Minister S Madhu Bangarappa.

The minister visited the under-construction Ashraya housing complex in Govindapura along with the City Corporation Commissioner and engineers from the concerned departments on Saturday. During the inspection, he reviewed the progress of the project and provided necessary instructions and guidance to officials and engineers.
